After 25 years in a successful career as a speech-language pathologist and learning specialist, I decided that I was ready for a new challenge. As the saying goes, be careful what you wish for as I certainly entered the arena of real estate during a challenging period. Despite the challenges I faced when I became an agent in late 2007, I thoroughly enjoyed helping both buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market...and still do! I specialize in new construction, relocation, luxury homes, lakefront properties, and residential real estate. I represent both buyers and sellers in the residential market with a focus on offering the highest level of customer service, aggressive and innovative marketing strategies, and a solid knowledge of the market.

In 2008 and 2009, two years most people describe as the worst real estate market in history, I was a Million Dollar Club recipient each year. In 2009 I was the only Million Dollar Club recipient in New Homes for the 400 North Board of Realtors and in 2010, 2011, and 2013 was named Agent of the Year, having the highest gross commission income for an individual in the company. I was also recognized in 2010, 2011, and 2013 as the #1 selling New Homes Agent for the 400 North Board of Realtors. In 2013 I was also awarded the Centurion award from Century 21 for being a top producing agent and am currently a top 5 agent with Century 21 regionally.  I hold designations as a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an Accredited Buyers Representative, and am a Lifetime Member of the 400 North Board of Realtors.

I hold a BS degree from Auburn University, an MS degree from Vanderbilt University, and a PhD from Georgia State University. I have been married for 31 years and have two sons. My older son recenty graduated from Georgia Tech and my younger son is a junior at Georgia Tech.

Give me a call! I would love to exceed your real estate expectations!
